E-Safety

At The Meadows, we teach e-safety at the start of each Computing lesson. Our curriculum is bespoke to the needs of our children. Our older children learn about how to stay safe when using social media and in group chats, whereas our younger children are taught how to play age-appropriate games safely. Our curriculum meets the requirements of the national curriculum.

We encourage parent discussions about child use of social media and electronic devices. We understand that children understand how to use electronic devices better than us sometimes. This year, we have a session available for parents to come along and learn and discuss about e – safety.
